08/11/2005: "We interupt this travelogue..."

...to bring you the status of the end of the trip.

We arrived in Phoenix yesterday morning around 4:30am. Richard gave us all a warm welcome, lots of hugs all around. It felt strange to be back home at first, after over three weeks of being away. He had done so much to keep the house looking nice along with extra projects he wanted to get done (he did an excellent job of pruning the trees in the front, for example).

Now that I've been home for 24+ hours, I don't feel as strange here. The absence of Duncan and Cheanna, however, still feels incredibly strange.

We now return you to your irregularly scheduled Random Musings
