10/28/2005: "a whirlwind weekend"
We have an olympic field day Friday up in Montezuma, along with a nature walk/hunt.
Friday night we have the ward trunk-n-treat.
Saturday morning I've been invited to an Avon/Pampered Chef/Tupperware holiday extravaganza =)
Saturday afternoon Toys-R-Us is having a Halloween activity from noon to three.
Saturday evening we are going to the Monster Bash and Balloon Illumination.
(description in the paper: 5-9 p.m. Oct. 29. Trick-or-treat among hot-air balloons, crafts, pony rides, inflatable activities, carnival games, storytelling, puppet shows, slime making, costume parade and magic show. Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave., Peoria. FREE with canned food donation.)
Sunday should be a nice day of rest =)
Monday we have well child checks for everyone from 9-10:20am. We'll be coming home immunized and with plenty of lollypops =)
Monday night we will Treat in the neighborhood, followed by our Sonic tradition of cheap corn dogs and free ice cream cones. If we still want to do more after that, there is a law enforcement trunk-n-treat at our local Wal*Mart from 7-9pm.
Oh yeah, somewhere in all of that we'll go shopping for milk & eggs.
