06/08/2005: "Midafternoon Report"mood: joyous =))
It's been a relaxed day here, very nice... The cynical side of me says "wait, there's got to be something terrible looming with all of these fabulous days" but the FLYing side says, "Remember: "My prayer for all my fellow SHEs is that each finds happiness and pride in ourselves and our accomplishments. That we raise our children to be good, productive, and happy people. And that we light up a room with our smile." - FlyLady."
My Visiting Teachers came over this morning--I finally got to see Sis. Jones' new baby girl!! Cheanna was hovering over her the entire time, she is so excited for her baby brother =) We talked about the blessings of the temple and our own experiences in living close/not so close to temples.
We decided to meet Ginger for lunch at Villa de Paz; everyone enjoyed it so much we plan to return tomorrow. It's kind of different having a summer lunch program when it's too hot to play outside--last year in Pocatello we were able to go to a few different parks for lunch. It was fun to speculate on whether Grandpa Don had inspected the french fries the children were munching on today =D
Sprouts is advertising nectarines for 39¢/lb. Mmmmmm.... I love having lots of cheap fresh fruits and veggies available when I'm pregnant. From the activity level, it looks like baby Neelix* likes them too. Speaking of which, I have some melon calling me...
